Rupert Murdoch

Dear Gavin Barwell,
This email is in regards to Rupert Mordoch's bid to take over BSkyB. Cosidering the recent phone hacking scandal, I personally think it would be a huge mistake if he should succeed in this bid.  Turning BSkyB over to him would spread a sense of propaganda throughout the media.  The media should be for everyone and not just for one person, giving it to one person can cause a web of vast conspiracy.
Rupert Murdoch has already proven to the public that he is not fit to run a news corporation because of the recent phone hacking scandal. News of the world has disappointed us after journalists breached the Data Protection Act and invaded the privacy of the many well know celebrities, the Monarchy and The Dowler Family. This proved that they will do anything, no matter the consequences to get the story they're after.

In the recent Phone Hacking scandal, it was brought to our attention that there has been a cover up within the media as journalists would not admit or denied hacking into phones for private information to help with their story. News of the world hired many privater investigator to hack into the voicemail of the missing school girl Millie Dowler and listened to the voicemails of the Dowler family, and even deleted some evidence that could have been useful to the police. They gave the family false hope in believing their daughter was still alive, though she was already dead months earlier.

Another example of how much of a bad reputation he has is the Fox News in America. Fox new is a disgrace to the media. They are biased and they edit their stories and interviews if they are too militant as in a cause of propaganda.

                                                                        Yours Sincerely,
                                                                         Tashayna.
